GHS COMPLIANCE<\/h1>\n

This is highly beneficial for import\/export<\/strong> of goods because information is provided in such a manner that it can be understood by many international authorities.<\/p>\n

These rules include, amongst other items, classification of substances, requirements on Safety Data Sheet (SDS) elaboration, labelling and information on proper handling of the chemical products.<\/p>\n

Given the wide variety of already existing regulations, each country or region has its own implementation plan, which can lead to slightly different requirements (i.e.: REACH<\/strong> and CLP in the European Union).<\/p>\n
